He’s got great people skills, deep production knowledge, and an incredibly positive attitude, according to Compadre Co-President Robert Blatchford. That and a tremendous understanding of the nuances of Compadre’s business, the big-picture needs of its clients, and how to find new ways to add value to what they can achieve as an agency.
