Disney Lorcana Awakens in Animated Trailers from We Are Royale

When an animation icon like Disney calls your number, you know you’re doing something special. To promote Disney Lorcana, an immersive trading card game by Ravensburger, We Are Royale created a series of animated trailers promoting new card sets featuring characters from Atlantis: The Lost Empire, The Little Mermaid, Mulan, Encanto, Wreck-It Ralph, and many more. Deploying hand-painted animation techniques ranging from 2.5D and cel to 3D, the team translated Disney Lorcana’s “glimmers” into beautiful living images.
