How many times have you interacted with a chatbot that can’t understand your question, or received an automated email from a customer support rep that gets your name wrong? Front is an enterprise communication software company that wants to help businesses get rid of this problem. With the help of production company Where The Buffalo Roam, they launched a laugh-out-loud global brand campaign to get their “human touch” message out.  A call center employed by helpless mannequins was the perfect visual gag for the Adam Avilla-directed spots.
